Healing HEART Sanctuary had the honor taking many of our special needs therapy animals to the Solvang Friendship House in the Santa Ynez Valley. Solvang Friendship House is home like setting for the elderly dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia or just frailty and are not yet needing a nursing home setting. (read more)

Our first event!

Healing HEART Sanctuary’s first event since moving to Lompoc was with a booth at the Solvang Farm’s Market. Animals aren’t allowed to bring animals to this particular event so we created an amazing photos collage as the next best thing!
