Falcon is a young Nigerian Dwarf goat who came to Healing HEART Sanctuary in September 2015 at around six months old. Falcon was born at a local ranch and from the beginning seemed to be very special.
Gentler and slighter than the other kids born around the same time, he spent a lot of time in the laps of the ranchers. At some point he started having issues with lameness and pulling up one of his back legs. The local veterinarian knew of HHS and, as they were looking for a good home for Falcon, recommended us. HHS needed a more gentle goat companion for Chili, our other young goat and Falcon seemed to fit the bill perfectly. His favorite thing to do, besides head butting Chili, is to sit in your lap and chew his cud. He’s also very good at giving hugs! We do not know yet why he intermittently won’t use one of his back legs but we’re determined to find out.
