Clark is a beautiful male duck who came to Healing HEART Sanctuary in November 2013. Like Danny Boy, one of HHS’s rabbits, Clark was saved from a local feed store where he was horribly despondent after all the other ducks were gone. He was living with roosters that did not like him.
Clark has no real disability except that he has way too much male hormone going on! His first name was Padre, as he has a beautiful white collar that adorns his neck, but he was trying to jump everything in sight so we felt it best to rename him. He is very handsome and hangs out with Marilyn (Monroe) and Liz (Taylor), our other ducks, so naming him Clark (Gable) just seemed to make sense.
